Digital Account Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Digital Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing relationships with our clients, understanding their business objectives, and developing digital marketing strategies to achieve their goals. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, creative problem-solving, and exceptional client management skills.


  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with our creative and technical teams to develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies.
  • Manage multiple client projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines are met and projects are delivered to a high standard.
  • Regularly report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to optimise results.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling our services.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and digital marketing best practices.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a digital marketing or account management role.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies, including SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing.
  • Excellent client management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in English.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining strict attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
