Job Description

We are seeking a talented and creative Craft Artist to join our Video Production team. In this role, you will create physical artwork and props to be used in our video productions. This position requires a unique blend of artistic talent, technical skills, and a strong understanding of visual storytelling.

 Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Video Production team to understand the requirements of each project and create appropriate craft elements.
• Design, create, and finish unique physical artwork and props for video productions.
• Maintain an organised and clean workspace, safely storing artwork and materials.
• Work closely with the production team to ensure props and sets meet project specifications and are ready for shoots.
• Participate in brainstorming and conceptual meetings, contributing unique ideas and solutions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and techniques, continually improving craft skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Crafts, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience as a Craft Artist, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of work.
• Excellent skills in a wide range of craft techniques and mediums.
• Ability to interpret creative direction and adapt to project requirements.
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, with the ability to create craft elements that enhance the narrative.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with proficiency in English.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, managing time and resources effectively.
