Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Camera Operator to join our Video Production team. In this role, you will work closely with the Director and other team members to capture high-quality video content for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent technical skills, and a strong understanding of visual storytelling.

Responsibilities:

• Operate camera equipment to capture high-quality footage for video productions.
• Work closely with the Director to understand the requirements of each scene and make creative decisions on the best way to shoot it.
• Set up and break down camera equipment before and after shoots.
• Maintain equipment and troubleshoot any technical issues.
• Collaborate with other team members, including Lighting Technicians and Sound Engineers, to ensure the best possible result.
• Stay updated on the latest camera equipment and filming techniques.
• Participate in creative meetings and contribute ideas to the production process.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Camera Operator, preferably in a creative agency or production company setting.
• Proven experience with a variety of camera equipment, including digital, electronic, and film cameras.
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling and the ability to make creative decisions on the best way to shoot a scene.
• Excellent technical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
